Our signature IPA is made in the east coast style. This style of IPA is characterized by a light malt profile with a big pulpy body that is there to complement the intense juicy character coming from the hops.

Trailbreaker
This pale ale will likely come across more like a session IPA than most pale ales in the market. We kept the malt profile light so that the hops could shine.

Ridgerunner
German pilsner is characteristically dry and hoppy with a nice background bitterness. Ours is a classic example of the style brewed with Pilsner malt and hopped with Saphir and Spalt Select.

Must Go Faster is back, once again showcasing Peacharine, a standout New Zealand hop sourced from the legendary growers at Freestyle. This coveted varietal brings an unmistakable rush of ripe peach, tropical fruit, and bright citrus character that practically leaps from the glass.
The aroma comes at you fast, the flavour comes at you faster, and before you know it you’ll be nervously muttering
“must go faster” as you reach for another sip. Fortunately, unlike a certain park’s attractions, this experience is running exactly as intended.

Never Taken a Shortcut Before? Session Stout
Never Taken A Shortcut Before is a session oatmeal stout brewed with Maris Otter, rolled »s, and a carefully selected blend of crystal and roasted malts. Layers of coffee, dark chocolate, toasted biscuit, and gentle roast are wrapped in a silky, nitro-ready body that drinks far bigger than its modest ABV.
Inspired by Shaun of the Dead, this stout proves that sometimes the long way is the right way.
We didn’t take any shortcuts building flavour, and fortunately the only thing shambling toward you is another pint. Grab one, head to the pub, and wait for the whole thing to blow over.

Anymore Behaviour Like That & I'll Have Your Stripes!
A hazy pale with a suspiciously smooth personality. Loaded with experimental CIP076 and the vibrant new Pink hop, this beer bursts with ripe peach, juicy citrus, tropical fruit, and soft berry notes over a pillowy body and restrained bitterness.
Stealthy on the nose, smooth on the palate, and gone before you know it. If someone swipes the last can from your fridge… you know who the usual suspect is.

Inspired by the Coen brothers film Inside Llewyn Davis, this beer is a tribute to enduring classics. Some things never go out of style: well-written songs, well-made beer, and making questionable decisions while wandering through winter in New York.Fortunately, unlike Llewyn’s career prospects, this pale ale is bright, optimistic, and headed in the right direction.

Please note: before pouring tilt the can upside down 2-3 times and gently roll back forth on a table a few times as ingredients may separate slightly. -

Everything is Coming Up Milhouse
This West Coast style ira was brewed with glean American yeast and dry hopped with an aggressive amount of Citra & Mosaic.

I’m Not Even Supposed To Be Here Today
For this beer we used an ungodly amount of tangerine drowned in an ocean of vanilla soaked on a mountain of orange zest then smashed through a nickel-sized hole with a fist full of coconut for that extra decadent flavour!

The GOAT
This fruited sour is stacked with guava, blood orange, apricot, and tangerine puree for an intensely fruity, smoothie-like experience. Guava delivers tropical sweetness and aromatic punch, while blood orange and tangerine bring bright citrus layers. Apricot adds stone fruit richness and a velvety finish. Lactose creates a creamy mouthfeel that balances the gentle tartness-approachable, dangerously drinkable, and bursting with fruit-forward flavour.
